Leadership Lorain County (LLC) and United Way of Greater Lorain County (UWGLC) are excited to continue their combined efforts in Lorain County through the 2013 Spring Day of Caring! Our goal, is to take a leadership role within Lorain County as an agent for community improvement. We do this by bringing together LLC Alumni, community organizations, businesses, and individuals who volunteer their time, energy, skills, and expertise to tackle meaningful projects with lasting impacts throughout the community.
Through the collaboration of the Best Class of 2012, UWGLC and members of the community at large that began in 2012, we are focusing this year’s project on the Pearl Avenue corridor from El Centro on 28th Street to the Free Clinic on 33rd, as well as expanding the project to the Oberlin Early Childhood Center and LCADA.
Join us on May 12th, Lorain County Pride Day, by volunteering your most valuable resource for the benefit of our county, and neighbors.
