Hands On Northeast Ohio is a 501(c)3, nonprofit volunteer center in Cleveland. We make it easy for people to access and participate in volunteer activities in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio.

Volunteering is easy. Choose from two basic options:

1. Be referred to volunteer projects by clicking on Volunteer Projects and Search Projects.

Or

2. Join the growing group of like-minded Hands On oriented volunteers who have easy access to a variety of projects on evenings and weekends. Read the info to the right about signing up for an upcoming orientation!

We are Ohio's first affiliate of the Hands On Network and Cuyahoga County’s official affiliate of the recently merged Points of Light Foundation/Hands On Network.

Become a registered user so that you can sign up for a required new volunteer orientation, Hands On projects and education courses online.

2) Attend An Orientation
Learn about Hands On Northeast Ohio and the process of volunteering in the Cleveland area by attending an orientation and receiving a background check.

3) Do Good
Find a project that is right for you and sign up -- We'll contact you with all the details, and a Volunteer Leader will meet you at the event.
